  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or your preferred flavor)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • Toppings: sliced fresh fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut


  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
